LINKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing the Tropmet affiliate logo ("logo") permitted hereunder on your site, you agree to be bound by the following
terms:

You may only display the logo on your web site, and only in
the form provided. The logo must always include an active
link to TROPMET.COM (http://www.tropmet.com)
as provided by Tropmet/Michael Laca. You cannot
modify or alter the logo, including without
limitation, the size, color, presentation, elements,
or appearance, in any manner.

The logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing of
ten (10) pixels between each side of the logo and other
graphic or textural elements of your page. The logo may not
be used as a feature or design element of any other graphic.

You may not use the logo for promotional goods or for
products which, in Tropmet/Michael Laca’s
reasonable judgment, may diminish or otherwise damage
Tropmet and/or Michael Laca's goodwill, including but not
limited to uses which could be deemed to obscene,
pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise in
poor taste unlawful, or which purpose or objective is
to encourage unlawful activities.

logos, copyrights or content. Tropmet/Michael
Laca reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to
terminate or modify permission to display the logo at

right to take action against any use that does not
conform to these policies, infringes any Tropmet
intellectual property or other right, or violates
other applicable law. The
exhibition of the logo on your site shall not grant
you any other rights in the logo or the goodwill
therein.
